Delivery charges are for the UK only. Please contact us if you require shipping outside the UK.
Basket totalling < £100.00 will be sent Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class:
1-2 days £4.19
3-5 days £3.49
Basket totalling > £100.00 will be Royal Mail Signed For 1st or 2nd class:
1-2 days £5.39

Shipping Note - Please note that during high days and holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual. This is due to delays within the postal systems we use. We apologise for this inconvenience. Please order well in advance for gifts in order to avoid disappointment.
Unfortunately, we are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. For the more remote areas with postcodes as follows: IM, HS, ZE, there will be a surcharge. For enquiries outside the UK please contact us direct by email. We use Royal Mail or Hermes for UK deliveries.
Although we can control our input to your order, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee the performance of any third parties. Although it is very rare that something does go wrong, if after a reasonable time your goods have not arrived please contact us.
Please note a contact telephone number is required for shipping purposes. Unfortunately we can NOT deliver to P.O. boxes.
Shipping Information
We aim to ship goods that are in stock within two working days. You will not be allowed to submit an order with items that are out of stock. If the goods are not in stock we will contact you as soon as possible to clarify if you wish the goods to go on back order, choose an alternative or require a refund. Any refunds will be given as soon as possible. If only part of your order is available, we will dispatch the items that are in stock and cancel the out of stock items. You will not be charged for any items that are not sent to you.
