Returns Policy
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return any item please do so within 28 days, ensuring that the item returned is in perfect condition, in its original packaging and unused, for a refund or exchange.

When returning goods, please obtain a proof of posting from the Post Office (there is no charge for this). We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in postage and for peace of mind you may like to send the goods via a recorded delivery service. We regret that we cannot refund this charge should you choose to use a recorded delivery service. No refund will be offered on any return postage charges incurred if you have changed your mind about your purchases.

Please follow the care instructions carefully to keep your item looking its best. We cannot accept responsibility for any problems caused by washing, handling or general use, such as shrinking, shedding or pilling.

Items purchased as a gift can only be refunded to the card of the person who placed and paid for the order.
